Born and raised in the South, but residing in San Diego, Rachel has spent most of her career in the sports and entertainment industries. With the Atlanta Braves and a few of the most well-known sports and entertainment agencies among her resume including WME – Endeavor (previously IMG) and Creative Artists Agency (CAA), she realized her strong passion for helping athletes learn the life skills necessary for success outside of the field, court, or stage they have built their brand upon. Her work ethic and extensive trust among clients led to an incredible opportunity to start her own company, PERKS Lifestyle Management, in which she assists clients with day-to-day needs as well as personal and professional development in all aspects of their lives.
Rachel’s clients range from professional athletes to world-famous musicians, meaning no two days are ever the same. Her typical “day in the office” can include anything from setting up last-minute dinner reservations and coordinating domestic and international travel logistics to planning proposals, Super Bowl parties or world tours for high-profile clients. Her passion for travel has only grown throughout the years, as she is often found working in various cities around the globe, including 18 countries and counting.
She has become a professional in navigating clients among various time zones, and is extremely passionate about her clients, putting 100% effort into everything she does, no matter how big, small, or “crazy” the ask might be. Her friends and family often joke and call her a “professional babysitter,” but her clients are never surprised when she quickly and efficiently creates solutions for their unique needs and challenges. They know she will always make their lives easier and less stressful, but more importantly that she cares about them as a person regardless of their fame, fortune, or freak athletic ability.
When she is not traveling, she is typically working from her home office in San Diego with her dog, Ghost, who rarely leaves her side.
